Welcome to Arsam Music Academy. By enrolling in our programs, students and parents agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before starting your lessons.

Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once the registration form is completed and accepted by the academy. Class placement is based on age, skill level, and instructor availability.

Attendance

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time. Consistent attendance is essential for progress and learning continuity.

Payments

All tuition fees must be paid on time according to the selected program. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the academy.

Class Cancellations

If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a class, advance notice is required. Make-up classes may be offered based on instructor availability.

Student Conduct

We expect all students to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension from classes.

Materials & Instruments

Students may be required to bring or purchase their own instruments or learning materials depending on the course.

Health & Safety

Students should inform the academy of any medical or learning conditions that may affect participation in classes.

Liability

Arsam Music Academy is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on academy premises.

Agreement Updates

This agreement may be updated at any time. Continued enrollment implies acceptance of any updated terms.
